All products on our website are presented as clearly as possible. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable unexpectedly. If this happens, we will contact you to find a suitable solution.

4. Prices

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes. Although pricing errors are rare, if an error is discovered, we will contact you before processing your order.

5. Payment

You can pay using the payment methods shown on our website. Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully completed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Time (Wyoming) are processed within 1–2 business days.

The estimated delivery time within the United States is 3–7 business days.

All orders are shipped free of charge.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace email automatically.

7. Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Return Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Returned products must be in their original condition.

8. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 10 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
